السلام الدولية للتنمية والاستثمار الزراعىتم تأسيس الشركة عام 1980 للعمل في مجال الإنتاج الزراعي من خلال إنشاء مجموعه من المشاتل لإنتاج شتلات الفاكهه وشتلات الزينه وتم تطوير العمل بهذا القطاع خاصةً في مجال شتلات الزيتون . كما قامت الشركة بتأسيس أول وأكبر معمل لزراعة الأنسجه لإنتاج شتلات موز عالية الإنتاج وخاليه من الإصابات الفيروسيه
ولمواجهة المشاكل التي تواجه الزراعه المصريه والمتمثله في قلة الموارد المائيه وإرتفاع ملوحه ماء الري والتربه والتغيرات المناخيه
تم تطوير إستراتيجية الشركة لدعم التنميه الزراعيه في مصر بالتعاقد مع أكبر الوكالات المتخصصه في الأسمده قي ألمانيا من خلال وكالة بلانتا وليبوسول وأجليكون ووكالة مافا الأسبانيه ووكالة هيدروفرت الإيطاليه وذلك لتوفير أفضل وأجود الأسمده التي تهدف إلي زيادة الإنتاجيه وتحسين الجوده والحفاظ علي خصوبة الأراضي لزيادة دخل المزارع المصري .
تم إنشاء مكتب علمي للبحث والتطوير ومحطه للتجارب بالشركة بغرض دراسة أفضل التراكيب السماديه من مركبات الوكالات العالميه الشركه والتي تساهم في حل المشكلات التي تواجه المزارع المصري .

Al Salam International for Development and agricultural investment Company established in 1980 to work in the field of agricultural production through create sets of nurseries to produce fruits , olives and ornamental seedlings , in addition company established one of the largest plant tissue culture for the purpose of propagation and produce highly productive and virus free banana seedlings to face the problems which Egyptian agricultural suffering of it such as Lack of water resources, high salinity of soil, irrigation water, and climate changes.
The company’s strategy developed to provide the agricultural investment in Egypt by dealing with the largest fertilizers agencies in GERMANY such as PLANTA, LEBOSOL, AGLUKON, (SPAIN) MAFA and (ITALY) HYDROFERT in order to provide the Egyptian market by the best types of fertilizers which aim to increase the revenue of the Egyptian farmer.
In order to study and choose the best fertilizers from our agencies which contributes to solve all problems with Egyptian Farmer. the Company has set up a scientific office for research and development unit and trail station.
